The Janesville Lions Club prepares to undertake the biggest improvement at Lions Beach in more than 20 years.
President Eric Kuznacic says a large permanent picnic pavilion is being installed to celebrate the club’s 100th anniversary.
Kuznacic says the Janesville Lions Club was founded on May 29th of 1922.
The public is invited to celebrate the groundbreaking for the new amenities from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 21st.
