A 41-year-old Janesville woman is under arrest on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, fourth offense after police say she was under the influence of drugs at a local convenience store.
According to a news release, officers were dispatched to Stop N Go on East Racine Street for a welfare check around 9:00 Monday morning.
The caller reported that a woman inside the business was displaying odd behavior and was possibly under the influence.
A drug recognition expert made contact with Angela Collas and determined that her behavior was not medically related and that she was under the influence of a substance other than alcohol.
Video surveillance from the store showed Collas driving erratically in the street and parking lot prior to the incident.
She was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, fourth offense.
