The Rock County Public Health Department and the Health Equity Alliance of Rock County release their 2022-202 Community Health Improvement Plan.
Public Health Strategist Christine Gunn says it can be viewed on the health department’s website.
Gunn says the focus of the three-year action plan is mental health and access to care.
Gunn says members of the public are invited to learn more during a public presentation on the health department’s YouTube page on June 21st at 2:00 p.m.
