A 47-year-old Edgerton man is arrested by Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, fifth offense. According to a news release, State Patrol took report of a stranded motorist at mile marker 179.5 southbound in Rock County. Upon investigation of the vehicle Shawn Patrick Clarke was arrested for OWI fifth. Clarke was also charged with drug possession and paraphernalia.
