A sex offender is released from prison and resides at 1216 Portland Avenue in Beloit, a temporary living placement location rented by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. According to the City of Beloit Police Department, Blake A. Greenwell was convicted of two counts of sexual assault in Tarrant County, Texas. Greenwell’s targeted victims include adult females. He remains on supervision until May 24, 2027, is required to register with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry and will be on lifetime GPS monitoring. Extended supervision includes no unsupervised contact with minors, cooperate with electronic monitoring and face-to-face contact with law enforcement. The City of Beloit Police Department is notifying the community about this placement and does not make placement decisions.
