A sex offender is relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville June 13. According to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, Alexander W. Manthey was convicted of second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child January 11, 2011 and January third, 2012 and fourth Degree Sexual Assault April 16, 2009. While placed at 203 West Sunny Lane, conditions of Manthey’s extended supervision includes no unsupervised contact with minors, cooperate with Electronic Monitoring, and have face-to-face contact with law enforcement. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is not responsible for the placement of this sex offender in any manner, but by law are required to provide public notice.
