Beloit man charged in connection with shooting at trailer park

A 22-year-old Beloit man faces charges in connection with a shooting at a town of Rock trailer park in May.

Marcus Range is charged in Rock County Court with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and nine counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety.

According to the criminal complaint, Range and two other men fired multiple rounds at a man sitting in a vehicle in the Rockvale Mobile Home Park on the 6200 block of South Highway 51 on May 8th.

Arriving officers found multiple mobile homes had been struck by gunfire with no less than 75 bullets fired.

Range is currently being held at the Rock County Jail on a $250,000 cash bond.
