An 18-year-old Beloit man is facing close to a 100 years in prison on child sexual assault charges.
Tyler Culver waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of repeated sexual assault of the same child, child enticement, and causing a child to view or listen to sexual activity before Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer Tuesday morning.
Meyer bound Culver over for trial and his attorney Bradley Lochowicz entered a not guilty plea.
According to the criminal complaint, Culver sexually assaulted a then five-year-old boy multiple times between November of 2017 and August of 2019.
He’s currently free on a $4000 cash bond.
