A 39-year-old former school bus driver faces several charges of sexual misconduct with children.
Matthew J. Gribben of Elkhorn faces four counts of first degree child sexual assault/sexual contact with a child under the age of 13, and two counts of of exposing a child to harmful material.
A criminal complaint filed in Walworth County Circuit Court says Gribben allegedly had sexual contact with three children ages seven and eight between August of 2019 and June 28th of this year.
The complaint also claims Gribben exposed children ages eight and 11 to harmful material during that same period, and had sexual contact with a 10-year-old child between May of 2018 and February of this year.
Gribben formerly bused students in the Delavan-Darien School District.
