Election season is upon us, and absentee voting is a big topic for the upcoming elections.
Rock County Clerk Lisa Tollefson says that if you need an absentee ballot, request it as soon as possible so it you have time to get it and return it before the election.
Tollefson also said that Rock County had to create 29 new wards, so where you voted in April may not be the same ward number you live in now. You can get a sample ballot online with polling location, candidates, and your ward so that you know what to expect.
