A 21-year-old Orfordville man who is accused of possessing child pornography is bound over for trial.
Aaron J. Myhre appeared in Rock County court for what was supposed to be his adjourned initial appearance and waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of possession of child pornography before Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer Wednesday afternoon.
Meyer bound Myhre over for trial and his arraignment is set for July 27th.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office’s Special Investigations Unit teamed with Village of Orfordville Police to execute a search warrant for Myhre.
