The City of Milton is getting 12 more sorely needed housing units.
City Administrator Al Hulick says earlier this summer the City Council approved an annexation of what was formerly the Bonnie Meade Golf Course off Bowers Lake Road.
Hulick says a developer is looking to construct seven two-family condominium units, one five-unit townhouse development, a club house, and an outdoor pickleball facility.
The Milton City Council approved rezoning the property from R-2 residential to P-U-D planned unit development at their meeting Monday night.
The project is expected to begin this fall with completion in 2023.
