A 27-year-old former Evansville man waives his right to a preliminary hearing on child pornography charges.
Nicholas J Kostman of Union Grove appeared before Rock county Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Monday where he was bound over for trial on three counts of possession of child pornography.
Kostman stood mute to the charges and not guilty pleas were entered on his behalf.
FBI agents found over 1,000 suspected images of child pornography and several videos on a seized device during a search warrant conducted at Kostman’s home in July 2020.
