A 61-year-old Edgerton man is under arrest for drunken driving for the fifth time after being stopped for swerving in the town of Fulton.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy observed a vehicle driven by Timothy S. Beier cross the center line while headed northbound on US Highway 51 near Black Oak Road.
The deputy stopped the vehicle and noticed Beier was displaying signs of impairment. After further investigation, Beier was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, fifth offense.
Beier is expected to make his initial appearance in Rock County Court Tuesday afternoon.
