The YWCA Rock County’s new executive director is addressing concern from families over a drastic increase in before and after school care fees that was proposed over the summer.
Heidi Deininger says the initial fee increase that was proposed over the summer has been reined in.

Deininger admits the YWCA needs to figure out what’s going to happen next year as the discounts that were given are set to expire after a year.
