The Beloit Police Department is making the public aware of a of convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.
34-year-old Terrance O. Harvey Junior will be released from prison on Tuesday and will be living at 1216 Portland Avenue, which is a temporary living placement location rented by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
Harvey was convicted of two counts of third degree sexual assault in 2017 in Rock County Court. His victims include adult females.
Harvey remains on supervision until November of 2032, and is required to register as a sex offender and cooperate with lifetime GPS monitoring.
