Captain Curtis Fell wins the election Race for Rock County Sheriff.
The Democrat beat former Deputy Craig Keller who ran as an Independent by an unofficial vote count of 38,489 to 23,799 after the results were finally posted on the Rock County Clerk’s office website Wednesday morning.
Fell had faced Troy Egger who is a former sergeant and currently works as Director of Law Enforcement Academies at Blackhawk Technical College in the August primary
Incumbent Rock County Sheriff Troy Knudson is retiring at the end of his term.
