45th Assembly District Representative Mark Spreitzer successfully runs for the the 15th State Senate District.
Spreizter says the first thing he’s looking forward to diving into the the state’s budget, and there is surplus that can be used to help Wisconsin’s families that are struggling.
The Beloit Democrat beat Brodhead Republican Mark Trofimchuck in Tuesday’s election.
The 15th State Senate District is currently represented by Democrat Janis Ringhand who is retiring at the end of her term.
