Three of the five people arrested last week in Milton following the execution of a narcotics search warrant make their initial appearance in Rock County Court.

On Friday Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer set cash bail at $10,000 for 22-year-old Andre Flowers of Dolton, Illinois on two counts of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs, and four counts of felony bail jumping.
Cash bond was also set at $10,000 for 26-year-old Deonte Flowers of Beloit – who was already in the Rock County Jail – on two counts of manufacture or delivery of fentanyl with a possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance near a park enhancer.
49-year-old Christine Kettle of Milton received a $500 signature bond for a single charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place.
A fourth suspect, 32-year-old Kristy Taylor of Janesville had warrant issued for her arrest after she failed to appear in Rock County Court on charges of possession of narcotics, possession of cocaine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer as a repeater.
