In a move to show its gratitude and belief in its employees, Agrace has made a landmark investment in its workforce.
President and CEO Lynne Sexten says they’re increasing the minimum wage to $17 per hour for all employees, installing lower monthly health care premiums for those who make less than $26 an hour, and giving out a year end gratitude bonus.
Sexten says they did a lot of research into how they could make the investment happen and they’re a business who is recognized over and over again for their culture and this was the right thing to do.
Agrace recently received a national Culture of Excellence award from Top Workplaces as a women-led organization.
