A jury trial is scheduled in February for a Beloit teen accused of sexually assaulting a five-year-old.
18-year-old Tyler Culver is charged in Rock County Court with repeated sexual assault of a child, child enticement, and causing a child to view sexual activity.
According to the criminal complaint, Culver sexually assaulted a then five-year-old boy multiple times between November of 2017 and August of 2019.
In court this Judge John Wood scheduled Culver’s trial to start on February 27th, 2023. It’s expected to take two days.
If convicted he faces close to a 100 years in prison.
