The case against a 49-year-old Milton woman accused of running a drug house appears to be headed towards trial.
Christine Kettle is one of the five people who were arrested last month when the Rock County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team executed a search warrant on a home in Milton.
In Rock County Court Tuesday morning Kettle waived her right to a preliminary hearing and her attorney Philip Brehm entered a plea of not guilty to a single charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place.
Kettle is currently free on a $500 signature bond.
She’s due back in court for a calendar call on January 5th.
