February trial planned for accused Rockvale Mobile Home Park shooter

One of the two men accused of firing more than 75 rounds at a town of Rock trailer park is demanding a speedy trial.
22-year-old Marcus Range of Beloit is charged in Rock County Court with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and nine counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety.
At a calendar call on Tuesday, Judge Barbara McCrory scheduled a three day jury trial which will start February 13th.
Range is currently being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
The other accused shooter, 20-year-old Dakota Davidson has an adjourned initial appearance scheduled for next week.
