The 25-year-old Navy Recruiter from Machesney Park accused of having unwanted sexual contact with teenage girls from a local high school makes his initial appearance in court after a number of delays.
Bryan M. Bradley-Hubbard appeared in front of court commissioner Stephen Meyer Wednesday afternoon where he waived the formal reading of the charges and requested a preliminary hearing.
Bradley-Hubbard’s attorney argued for an amendment to his bond to allow him to see his two year old daughter, which Meyer then approved.
Bradley-Hubbard faces six charges of child enticement and three charges of sexual assault of child by person who works or volunteers with children.
He is now slated to make his preliminary hearing scheduled for Friday, January 13th.
