Two local City’s are declaring snow emergencies.
According to a news release from the City of Evansville, the snow emergency went into effect and noon Thursday and runs until noon Friday.
The City of Janesville declared a snow emergency which goes into effect at midnight tonight and runs until 3:00 Friday afternoon.
During a snow emergency, no parking is permitted on either side of City streets.
Vehicles parked in violation of the restrictions could be ticketed or towed.
