It may only be January, but it’s already to start thinking about the 2023-2024 school year.
School District of Janesville Public Information Officer Patrick Gasper says four-year-old kindergarten is offered at 19 locations.
Gaper says an enrollment kick-off event is being held on Saturday, February 11th at the Educational Services Center on South Franklin Street.
Parents will need to call the district to schedule an appointment.
The district is also taking requests from parents of children who will turn five after September 1st, but before November 1st for early entrance into kindergarten.
Parents need to send a written request for an evaluation to district offices.
