The finalists for Beloit City Manager got the opportunity to meet members of the community and showcase why they should be the cities next manager.
Jerry Gabrielatos, Blaine Wing, and Cased Bradley all expressed Beloit’s potential and thought they city had great opportunities and wanted to be a part of the cities future.
Gabrielatos said it’s important for the city to be a financial partner to continue city growth, while Wing spoke to his history working with CEOs and developers to bring jobs and businesses to cities he’s worked in, and Bradley said Beloit would have to form partnerships with surrounding cities and organizations to help spur economic development.
The candidates are meeting with the city council Saturday for a second round of interviews before someone is chosen for the position.
