Rock County Jumpstart has announced a local judge will be the keynote speaker for their upcoming Pitch Night.
Founder and Executive Director Gina Stevens says they chose Judge Ashley Morse because they wanted someone who was inspiring but also someone who could speak about setting goals, dreaming big, and never giving up.
Stevens says even those who aren’t in business are welcome to attend because she believes Morse’s message will translate to anyone who is trying to achieve something.
In March of 2022, Morse became the first woman of color to serve as a judge in Rock County.
Jumpstart’s Pitch Night takes place Thursday evening from 5:00 to 7:30pm at the Beloit Public Library.
