Janesville is getting ready for the upcoming February primary, and they want to make sure residents are up to date on everything they need to know.

Deputy City Clerk Treasurer Darnisha Haley says they’re consolidating polling locations to five places; Hedberg Public Library, the Daniel H. Williams Resource Center, Blain’s Supply training center, Compass Church and First Lutheran Church.

Haley says people have until February 16th to request an absentee ballot by mail, February 1st to submit voter registration online, and January 24th to establish residency in Janesville for the election.

For a full list of what wards are at each polling place, voters should visit myvote.wi.gov, or call the city clerk’s office.
