Groomers from the Rock County Snowmobile Alliance are out in full force after the county opened the trails Sunday morning.
Rock County snowmobile Alliance Trail Coordinator Bill Slater says the trails currently have a two to three inch base with early season conditions.
Slater says he’s hoping the current temperatures will keep the snow from melting.
Part of corridor 40 from Milton to Whitewater through Lima Marsh will remain closed.
Slater reminds riders to be safe and patronize local businesses.
