Drug suspect bound over for trial

The 47-year-old Chicago man who was arrested with more than seven kilograms of cocaine while traveling through Rock County last month is ordered bound over for trial.
Tony Wooden appeared in Rock County Court for his preliminary hearing on a charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy Erik Albeck testified and Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer found there was enough probable cause for the case to continue.
Wooden is currently being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
He’s due back in court for an arraignment on March 15th.
