The Friends at Beloit Public Library will be holding one of their largest book sales of the year to raise funds for the library.
FABL Board President Karen Arft says the sale takes place Thursday, March 9th from 2 to 6pm, and Friday and Saturday the 10th and the 11th from 10am to 4pm.
Arft says Saturday will be “bag day” and people can buy a full bag of books for one dollar, otherwise prices are 50 cents for hardcovers and 25 cents for paperbacks, media and children’s books.
Arft says they’ve been storing the books since January of 2022 and they have a little bit of everything from fiction to non fiction and reference to science fiction.
