Professional bicycle races make an appearance in Janesville again this summer.
Janesville’s Town Square Gran Prix will be the first leg of the annual tour of Americas Dairyland on Thursday, June 15th.
Chair Paul Murphy says the whole course will be on the west side of the Rock River.
The route will feature a tighter course and utilize Water Street and Milwaukee Court.
At this week’s City Council meeting, Murphy presented the City with a check for $10,000 to help offset the cost of last year’s event.
