Janesville City Clerk’s Office begins mailing absentee ballots

vote-2

In-person absentee voting for the April 4th election begins next Tuesday at Janesville City Hall.
Absentee ballots for the spring election should begin arriving in mailboxes this week.
Janesville Clerk-Treasurer Lori Stottler says her office began mailing them Tuesday.
Stottler says if you need an absentee ballot, there is still time to request on on myvote.wi.gov or in writing at the City Clerk’s Office.
Due to decennial redistricting, the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office encourages voters to verify their voter registration, ward, and polling location in advance of the election.
