The ADRC of Rock County is welcoming back their “Living Well” workshop in person for the first time in more than three years.
Health Program Coordinator Lisa Messer says the workshop is for people dealing with chronic diseases like diabetes, arthritis, anxiety, depressions, cancer, and many more.
Messer says during the workshop, participants will receive support from trained facilitators and other participants, learn practical ways to manage their pain and fatigue, and understand new treatment choices.
The class takes place Wednesday evenings at Cargill United Methodist Church in Janesville from 1:00 to 3:30pm starting April 5th.
