Almost a quarter of households in Rock County are struggling to make ends-meet according to the latest ALICE report from United Way of Wisconsin.
United Way Blackhawk Region President and C-E-O Mary Fanning-Penny says ALICE stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed.
According to the latest ALICE report 10 percent of households in Rock County fall below the federal poverty line, and 23 percent are considered ALICE.
