Several streets on the south side of Janesville are closing down for reconstruction starting Tuesday.
Assistant City Engineer Lisa Wolf says work is happening on South Grant Avenue from West State Street to River View Drive; Meadow Lane from South Grant Avenue to Monterey Lane; and Cedar Point Drive from South Willard Avenue to Monterey Lane.
The streets will remain closed until approximately June 2nd.
Wolf says while the streets will be closed to through traffic, crews will maintain access for residents.
