Beef-A-Roo will apparently be what’s for dinner in southern Wisconsin within the next year.
The Midwest-based quick-service restaurant chain announced the development of three new locations in Janesville, Beloit, and Monroe.
Franchise Development Officer Megan Rosen says the drive-thru and walk-up only locations will be constructed using low-cost shipping containers.
Rosen says she isn’t ready to disclose yet when the new Beef-A-Roo restaurants will be.
Beef-A-Roo serves, hamburgers, roast beef sandwiches, chicken and turkey sandwiches, wraps, cheese fries, and shakes.
