A 37-year-old Janesville man is facing a number of charges after police say he tried to drive away from two traffic crashes while under the influence. Janesville police say Jonathan M. Quade struck vehicles at two separate locations about 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Hawthorne Avenue and Harmony Circle. Officers say bystanders helped prevent Quade from leaving the scene by restraining him. Quade was arrested on charges including Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense, two counts of Hit and Run, and Operating after Revocation.
