A Janesville woman may face felony charges after the Rock County Sheriff’s Office says she was driving impaired with two children in her vehicle. A sheriff’s office news release reports deputies responded to a traffic crash about 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the 4000 block of West County Highway A. The crash investigation indicates a van driven by Cassandra Verdin entered a ditch and hit two mailboxes before reentering the roadway and becoming disabled. No one was reported hurt. Verdin was arrested on charges of Operating While Intoxicated 3rd offense with the enhancer of having a passenger under 16-years-old.
