The Rock County Sheriff’s office is making the public aware of a convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.
43-year-old Kaija N. Kincaid will be relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on Tuesday, May 16th.
Kincaid was convicted in Rock County of four counts of possession of child pornography in March of 2018.
While living in Janesville, Kincaid is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with the victim, she’s not allowed to consume drugs, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
