The 38-year-old Craig High School coach who’s accused of hiding a video camera in a girls locker room requests a preliminary hearing.
Brian Kitzman’s attorney Christopher Van Wagner waived time limits on the preliminary hearing and said prosecutors told him they needed some more time to continue their investigation.
Van Wagner says prosecutors know if Kitzman bonds out he will appear and answer to any new charges that may arise, and Kitzman is aware prosecutors may seek an increase in bail.
Kitzman is currently being held in the Rock County Jail on charges of capturing an intimate representation of a victim less than 18-years-old, and invasion of privacy with a victim less than 18-years-old.
Kitzman’s preliminary hearing is set for June 23rd.
