A 20 year old Janesville man is under arrest for multiple accounts of possession of child pornography.
According to a release from Janesville Police, a cybertip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children initiated an investigation into the possession of child pornography.
Shortly after 11:00am Thursday the Janesville Police Department SWAT Team served a search warrant in the 500 block of California Court which led to the arrest of Cesar P. Felipe.
Felipe is facing five charges of possession of child pornography and is being held at the Rock County Jail until his initial court appearance.
