VetsRoll 2023 officially hits the road Sunday morning as Vets from multiple conflicts travel to Washington DC for their annual trip.
President Mark Finnegan says they’ve had veterans from 37 different states come to be on the trip, and they’ve got veterans from multiple different conflicts including some from World War II.
Finnegan says a trip like this requires a lot of planning and there are more than 300 people going on the trip including vets, volunteers and medical staff.
The city of Beloit will be holding a welcome back parade for the vets Wednesday evening at roughly 9:30pm.
