Two people are under arrest after being found unconscious in a vehicle with multiple children inside.
Shortly after 8pm Friday, Janesville police and fire units responded to a subjects possibly overdosing in a parking garage on North Jackson Street.
Officers then located Demarco Whitby and Ricki Whitby both unconscious in a vehicle with three children under the age of six.
Through investigation, it was determined Demarco and Ricki both operated the vehicle and used heroin, cocaine, and alcohol while driving with the children in the vehicle.
The children were unharmed and turned over to a responsible party.
Both Ricki and Demarco were arrested and are facing charges of operating while intoxicated with a passenger under 16, felony child neglect, possession of cocaine, possession of a narcotic drug, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of THC.
