The Janesville Plan Commission will set a public hearing for conditional use permit to allow a popular restaurant chain to setup show in Janesville.
Associate Planner Trae Meyer says the commission will set a public hearing for June 19th in regards to a new Dairy Queen location on Milton Avenue.
Meyer says the location and the drive thru aspect of the building require a conditional use permit, but they’ve done enough work with the developer and the engineers to make sure there won’t be any traffic related issues.
The plan commission will also review a certified survey map of the development at the June 19th meeting.
