Naval recruiter accused of child sex crimes has bail reduced and one charge dismissed

A 26-year-old Navy Recruiter from Machesney Park accused of having unwanted sexual contact with teenage girls from a local high school has his bail reduced and one of his charges dismissed.

Bryan M. Bradley-Hubbard was facing six counts of child enticement and three counts of sexual assault by a person who works or volunteers with children.

According to online court records, on July 10th, Judge Derrick Grubb dismissed one of the counts of child enticement.

Tuesday in Rock County Court, Bradley-Hubbard’s cash bail was reduced from $50,000 to $10,000 and the terms were modified to allow him to travel to his home in Illinois, and his work in Madison. He is also allowed to have contact with his two-year-old child.

Bradley-Hubbard is due back in Rock County Court on August 11th for his preliminary hearing.
