The Hedberg Public Library is once against hosting Quest-Con, a celebration of all things pop culture.
Innovation Librarian Claire Kinder says it’s their version of a Comic-Con and it’s a chance for anyone who’s a fan of just about anything to come geek out on Sunday, August 13th from 2 to 6pm.
Kinder says they’re holding a pair of contests including a costume contest which will be judged by a Milwaukee based costume designer and a fan art contest where people can create art based on their favorite pop culture items and submit them by August 7th.
Quest-Con will also feature interactive stations, food trucks, and karaoke.
