Beloit is using a new providers to process utility payments, one they hope will make things a little easier on residents.
Director of Strategic Communications Sarah Lock says residents can pay online with their account number without registering, or they can create an account which will allow them to set up autopay, view statements, or set up pay by text services.
Lock says the new platform also includes a new phone number to make online payments at anytime of the day in multiple languages, making things more accessible to a number of residents.
