The Hedberg Public Library and Diversity Action Team of Rock County join forces to celebrate our diverse community.
Volunteer Edie Baran says a summer cultural festival is happening from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. on August 12 that the Library Park in downtown Janesville.
Free interactive demonstrations and activities for all ages will include dance, games, art, stories, face painting, crafts and music.
